– Certified by the American Hotel & Lodging Association and National Restaurant Association and a graduate of several educational programs including Certificates in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University and Receivership Administration, Procedures and the Law from Loyola Law School Los Angeles. Current member of the California Receivers Forum, Foodservice Consultants Society International, National Association of Federal Equity Receivers, Turnaround Management Association, and listed as an A.M. Best’s “Recommended Expert Services Provider.”
Mr. Gemberling also provides expertise as a Court Appointed Receiver and Interim Property Manager and is currently the Past President and a Board of Director for the California Receivers Forum – Bay Area Council as well as a member of the Los Angeles/Orange County and San Diego Councils. He has served on several other Boards and Committees, and is an Author, Hospitality Expert Witness and Speaker on a variety of hotel and restaurant issues.
