– Held positions as President of Astor Management, which operated 7 hotels and 4 independent restaurants and managed $80 million in real estate assets, Vice President of Food & Beverage for Ramada, Inc. USA and oversaw 63 company owned hotels, and was a Regional Director and General Manager for several chains in Canada including Commonwealth Holiday Inns and Cara Restaurant Operations.
Mr. Henck earned a certificate in management from The Hotel School in Germany.
