This is the first Fall 2011 program for the Bay Area Chapter of the California Receivers Forum. The September 2011 event will address the various nuances surrounding how the courts and industry professionals deal with bankruptcy alternatives such as receiverships to sell and dispose of assets. Panelists for the program will talk about a variety of issues including the court order to gain approval for a sale and other important legal ramifications.
