Night Club Management Will Have More Tools for Beverage Analysis

Just announced this month, night club management along with its beverage suppliers and distributors will have more information technology available to monitor and track adult beverage sales, thanks to Technomic*. The food and beverage research and consulting firm announced a new line to its databases that will be created for the hospitality, foodservice and nightclub industries. According to this recent update about the new reporting services: – “A steering committee comprised of adult beverage industry executives is providing input to guide development of the database, insuring its relevance and value. The Adult Beverage Resource Group will release a Trends in Adult Beverage (TAB) report on the spirits category in the early spring and launch the online database platform in early summer.” Night club management can read more here on what to expect. *Technomic provides clients with the facts, insights and consulting support they need to enhance their business strategies, decisions and results. Its services include numerous publications and digital products, as well as proprietary studies and ongoing research on all aspects of the food industry. In a separate article relating to the same firm, and that we follow as experts on restaurant management, its findings reported several years ago that beverage alcohol sales were growing and a significant part of chain restaurants sales growth. In that report which has relevance to the feasibility on night club drink sales promotions too: – “The data, culled from the firm’s Top 500 report, reveals that beverage alcohol is served at 50 percent of the Top 500 chains, and accounts for 13percent of sales on average.” Need other industry insight and updates to improve your club business?
