Dennis Gemberling is president and principal of Perry Group International, a management and consulting services firm specializing in lodging, foodservice, resorts, gaming and mixed-use real estate with satellite offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Atlanta.
He is an Asset Manager, Court Appointed Receiver, Property Manager and Turnaround Consultant with over 35 years of hospitality industry experience. His educational background includes among other activities a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management from Cornell University and Certificates in Receivership Administration, Procedures & the Law from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles.
Since 1985, Mr. Gemberling has worked with over 400 clients involving hospitality industry sector businesses and real estate with typical values in the $2 million to $50 million range and revenues in the $1 million to $25 million both nationally and internationally. These assets include full-service, convention, boutique and limited-service hotels, extended-stay, all-suites, condo, fractional and timeshare lodging and resorts, independent and chain restaurants, bars and nightclubs and related leisure, travel and mixed-use properties.
