Over 35 years experience with full-service, limited-service, extended-stay, all-suite and timeshare hotels and resorts, casual, fine-dining and quick-service restaurants, bars and nightclubs, gaming and casinos. Held positions for several different owners, operators and chains as Senior Vice President, General Manager, Director of Food & Beverage and Unit Manager. Retained on over 300 projects including brands, franchises and independents such as Biscuits & Blues, Cantina’s, Chevy’s, Choice Hotels, Embassy Suites, Hampton Inns, Hilton, Holiday Inns, Hooter’s Casino, Hyatt, Marriott, McDonald’s, Microtel Inn & Suites, Outback Restaurants, Radisson, Residence Inns, Signature Resort, Sizzler, Sonic Drive-Ins, Starbucks, Starwood, Sheraton, Togo’s, Wendy’s and Willie Mays Skybox Lounge among others.

Certified by the American Hotel & Lodging Association and National Restaurant Association and a graduate of several educational programs including Certificates in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University and Receivership Administration, Procedures and the Law from Loyola Law School Los Angeles. Member of the California Lodging Industry Association, California Receivers Forum, Foodservice Consultants Society International, Golden Gate Restaurant Association and Turnaround Management Association.

Has also provided expertise as a Court-appointed Receiver and Interim Property Manager and is currently a Vice President and Board of Director for the California Receivers Forum – Bay Area Chapter. Has served on several other Boards and Committees, and is an Author, Expert Witness and Speaker on a variety of hotel and restaurant issues.
