Get Latest Court Appointed Receiver RE Forecast and More at CRF Event

Join fellow attorneys and lenders to hear the latest commercial real estate forecast by a court appointed receiver and other professionals in their respective specialty. The event is being presented by the Bay Area and Sacramento Chapters of the California Receivers Forum. It will be held on the evening of February 29, 2012 in the Financial District of San Francisco.
The program will focus on the office, industrial, hotel and agriculture sectors of real estate. I will be one of the panelists talking about issues related to the lodging industry for 2012 and what to expect in terms of foreclosures and alternatives, such as hotel receiverships.

Please reserve your space by Friday, February 17, 2012 with a check made payable to the California Receivers Forum Bay Area Chapter. There will be no refunds after this date, but substitutions are allowed. If you won’t have the check available by this date, please fax over your registration form and bring the check with you to the meeting. We accept fax registrations up until the day of the program.
Note: California Receivers Forum Bay Area Chapter certifies that an application is pending for approval of this activity for MCLE credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 1.0 hour of general credit.
