Back in 1985, little did I know many years later that our business as a hotel asset manager, interim property manager, resort consultant, court appointed receiver, hospitality and restaurant expert witness would last through three major economic recessions including this one. Nor, did I expect to mark our 25th anniversary of Perry Group International during what is being heralded as the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression.

Fortunately, we have had the success to provide a variety of services for both hotels, resorts, restaurants, nightclubs and mixed used real estate nationally as well as in Canada and Mexico. We have also worked with international clients outside the USA. This specialized hospitality industry expertise has also attracted different types of engagements, both large and small. These clients are typically owners and investors, banks and lenders, lawyers and other real estate professionals who may require the help of a hotel asset manager, court receiver, interim restaurant and hotel manager or occasionally a hospitality expert witness.
Going forward in 2011, we hope to expand our reach of hotel and resort asset management and night club consulting services into international markets such as China and India. At the same time, keeping our firm's main practice as a hotel asset manager, court appointed receiver and hospitality consultant and expert for distressed and under-performing hotels and restaurants here in the United States.
